Ingredients
- 120 g tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- salt, pepper pinch of sugar
- 120 ml broth
- 4 large fried sausages

Preparation
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the tomato paste.
- Add curry powder and cayenne pepper. Extinguish with orange juice.
- Stir in the broth and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and about star anise and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes. It’s the sauce too thick with some water to dilute.
- Roast the sausages. Pour over the sauce and serve. To match fries.
