I believe that the ERA National Grant is a tremendous distinction for a doctor and researcher as well as for the entire team. That is why, in my opinion, it is worth including the achievement in your professional CV.

I believe that the ERA National Grant is a great initiative that supports young scientists and gives them the opportunity for personal and professional development. In addition, it gives them the possibility to appear on the national and international nephrology scene, which further gives a boost to their scientific career development. The National Nephrology Societies should take up this collaboration and promote it, fostering young colleagues.

I appreciate ERA initiatives for their comprehensiveness and relative ease of access. From my point of view, ERA strongly supports young, trainee staff by giving them the chance to develop professionally and academically.

Through numerous webinars, workshops and conferences, I expand and update my knowledge on a daily basis, which is incredibly useful in my work. I value the opportunity of fellowships and learning directly from experienced colleagues. As an ERA National Grant winner, I was able to present the results of my work and participate in a congress in Milan, which further strengthened my scientific career plans.

Yes, I took the opportunity to attend the congress in Milan and it was an interesting and enriching experience. I would definitely like to participate in the event in the future, also actively as a speaker.
