Thank you for attending the 60th Congress that took place on June 15-18, 2023, both virtual and live in Milan.
The ERA Annual Congress aimed to share knowledge to improve disease prevention further, and the quality of life of patients, by providing an update on the clinical assessment and treatments of renal diseases.
The event also featured educational sessions organized by the CME (Continuing Medical Education) Committee and hands-on courses scheduled on the first day of the Congress.
The 60th ERA Congress offered a clearly structured scientific programme, combining the presentation of cutting-edge research with a broad view of the currently most relevant fields in the prevention, detection, and treatment of kidney disease.

Certificate EACCME®/UEMS credits
The 60th ERA Congress, Milan and Virtual, Italy, 15/06/2023-18/06/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 21 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
How to claim your EACCME®/UEMS credit certificates
EACCME®/UEMS credit certificates, based on the live attendance during the congress days (June 15-18), can be downloaded directly from My ERA starting from June 18, 2023, until July 10, 2023.
Participants must complete the feedback questionnaire by July 10, 2023, to download their EACCME®/UEMS credit certificates.
After July 10, 2023 participants who haven’t filled in the questionnaire will not be able to claim their EACCME®/UEMS credit certificate. Kindly note that the Congress webcasts are not accredited.
Certificate of attendance
Starting from June 18, 2023 participants will be able to download their certificates based on their attendance directly from their My ERA, in the “My Congress” section till July 10, 2023.
